Developed in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Technology Directorate (S&T) and the North Carolina State University Textile Protection and Comfort Center (TPACC), RedZone is now the only particulate blocking firefighter turnout gear proven to have no ingress at the turnout coat, pant, glove, boot interfaces and closure points, giving firefighters another layer of protection against hazardous particulates contained in smoke and soot.
